What about crowdsourcing a book? It could be fact, fiction or a bit of both. Perhaps there is no category at all. Instead it is written completely by the crowd.

If I wrote part of a book I’d certainly want to own a hardcopy of it. I’d also want to send it to my friends and family. I’d even sign a few books. Heck, perhaps all forty of us could go on the Today Show. It’d be pretty cool to go on the View and out number the ladies.

But seriously. Why not do comic books? Or books on dating. Perhaps a really thorough book on your city or state as a tourism guide. Sounds like fun to me.
