Bulgari totally misses the boat
How could such an amazing company be so dumb? I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton outside of Missouri and fell in love with Bulgari soap and lotion. The scent is amazing. I was just reminded of it when I found a t-shirt that was left in a bag and it still carried the scent. If you look around the web there are plenty of people who love the products, but can’t seem to find it anywhere. Nordstrom has it online–which means you have to hope its the same kind that you used at a hotel. You can’t even find these products on the Bulgari website. Which leads me to their biggest problems.
1. Their website stinks. They have weird names for things which mean nothing to a regular person.
2. Companies and regular people don’t know if the company is Bulgari or Bvlgari. Check out Nordstrom.com because they get it wrong. They spell it Bvlgari. And research for search shows that people are evenly divided on how to spell it.
3. In the old days maybe it didn’t matter if a v looked like a u. Todyay, this really hurts you online. The fact that most people don’t know how to spell it hurts them because potential buyers end up using both names in hopes of finding what they need.

I am sorry you were unable to find our hotel bath & body line on the website, since we actually carry the Eau Parfumée au Thé Vert – Guest Collection Set online. Could you let me know how you were looking for / searching the products so that we can make improvements to help out others who may be looking for the hotel line?

I tried looking for it on the Bulgari website. I did a Google search and the version you point out and the first results are Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. Both say the product is unavailable. The other thing problem is how do I find it on the Bulgari site? I don’t see it anywhere. Under that search Bulgari doesn’t even show up on the first page.
